Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sweet onion
  • 1 packages Mild cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 packages Chili mix
  • 1 can Red kidney beans
  • 1 can Chili beans
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 large Fresh tomato

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Brown ground beef ( or turkey) in large skillet.

    Drain all grease from meat.

    Put meat in large baking dish aside.

    Chop up all fresh veggies
  6. 6
    Melt butter in pan and cook down all fresh veggies ie green pepper/onion/tomato

    Put chili mix into meat mixture, add kidney beans, add chili beans mix together well

    Add sauteed veggies to meat and mix again

    Pat flat and sprinkle cheese over tip

    Bake 15 minutes and serve

    *Adding fritos chips and a spoonful of sour cream is optional
