- 2 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Green pepper
- 1/2 cup Sweet onion
- 1 packages Mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 packages Chili mix
- 1 can Red kidney beans
- 1 can Chili beans
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 2 large Fresh tomato
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Brown ground beef ( or turkey) in large skillet.

3Drain all grease from meat.

4Put meat in large baking dish aside.

5Chop up all fresh veggies

6Melt butter in pan and cook down all fresh veggies ie green pepper/onion/tomato

7Put chili mix into meat mixture, add kidney beans, add chili beans mix together well

8Add sauteed veggies to meat and mix again
-
9Pat flat and sprinkle cheese over tip

10Bake 15 minutes and serve

11*Adding fritos chips and a spoonful of sour cream is optional
