- 500 grams ground pork or minced
- 5 green onions
- 1 tablespoon ginger fresh cut
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch coriander
- 2 green chilis
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup water
Directions

1Finely chop all the filling ingredients and mix together. Mix the oil, flour and water to make a dough. Roll the dough and make circles 6-10 cm across.

2Place a dollop of mixture in the middle of each circle and wet the edges to glue easier. Stick the sides together strongly to stop leakage. Pleat if you can!

3Boil a pan of water with a steaming pot on top. Oil the steaming pot to stop sticking. Place a few momo into the steamer and steam for 5-7 minutes.
