  • 2 lb. boneless chicken, cut into pieces
  • 4 tbsp. rice flour
  • all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 5 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.

    Pour over chicken pieces and stir well.

    Refrigerate to marinate at least 5 hours.

    Heat approximately 1-inch cooking oil in a skillet.

    Brown chicken in oil on all sides.
