  • 1 lb sirloin beef cut thin
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 green bell pepper chunked
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 cooking oil

    mix & let stand 30 min; the beef, red pepper, vinegar, 1 tbl spoon soy, 2 tbl corn starch.

    combine broth and 1 tbl sp corn starch and 3 tbl sp soy sauce

    heat oil in pan, then add beef, brown and remove

    add & cook vegetables until tender

    return meat and broth mixture.

    cook until thinkens

    serve over rice
