Ingredients
- 1 lb Thin sliced steak
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 garlic powder
Directions

1Season beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and fry in a little oil of your choice.

2Only takes a minute or so on each side.

3Remove from pan and set aside.

4Put the soy sauce, water and brown sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, reduce the heat a bit.

5Make your cornstarch slurry and add to the soy sauce mixture until it's thickened to your liking.

6Add the green onion to the sauce cook for a minute longer then add the meat to warm it through.

7Serve over cooked white rice and enjoy!

8If you like it a little spicy add some crushed red pepper.
