- 1 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 2 to 3 green onions, sliced into 2-inch diagonal slices
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- rice noodles, deep fried
- oil (for deep frying)
- 8 to 10 red peppers
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- wine sauce
- black pepper
- pinch of sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Directions

1Deep fry beef in oil.

2In wok, stir-fry beef, red peppers and onion in sesame oil. Add approximately 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce, oyster sauce and wine sauce.

3(All can be found in any Asian grocery store.)

4Season with black pepper and pinch of sugar.

5Stir-fry quickly to blend flavors.

6Place crisp fried rice noodles on serving dish.

7Cover with beef mixture and serve.
