- chopped green onions
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1In a saucepan, saut onions in butter until tender.

2Add beans, mushrooms, lemon pepper and salt.

3Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until beans are tender.

4Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

5Serves 6.
