  • 3 c. stock (boiled from bones)
  • cattail shoots

Directions

    Cut meat into 1-inch cubes.

    Brown meat in fat. Add garlic and cover with stock.

    Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add cattails for the last 20 minutes of cooking.
