Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat, cut into small cubes
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 carrots
  • lemon pepper to taste
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • water to cover

Directions

    Sear meat in a stew pot; add soups and water sufficient to cover veggies.

    Bake in a slow 300° oven for 2 1/2 hours.

    Phil often adds frozen peas or green limas (or anything else that strikes his fancy).
