  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Cook ground beef with onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add tomatoes, creamed corn, olives and tomato sauce.

    Mix well. Cook noodles and drain.

    Combine noodles with meat mixture.

    Stir well.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with strips of raw bacon, which has been cut up.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes longer. Serves 10 to 12.
