- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 12 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup oats
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large egg white
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds (about 2 tablespoons whole)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Place 18 muffin cups liners in muffin cups; coat liners with cooking spray.

3Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife.

4Combine flour and next ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.

5Make a well in center of mixture.

6Combine yogurt, oil and egg white; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.

7Fold in blueberries.

8Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

9Sprinkle evenly with flaxseed.

10Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
