- 4 pitas
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken meat
- 1 c. marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. pitted green olives
- 1 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line large cookie sheet with foil.

2Arrange pitas on prepared pan in single layer; brush with oil.

3In large bowl, stir together chicken, marinara sauce, cumin, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until evenly coated.

4Divide among pitas.

5Top with carrots, olives, and mozzarella.

6Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pitas are crisp around edges.

7Garnish with green onions.
