  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Place cheese in bowl until soft.

    Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; beat.

    Put on plate and roll in parsley.
