  • 4 stalks celery, cut
  • 4 large potatoes, cut
  • 2 large onions, cut
  • 6 carrots, cut
  • 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. Burgundy red cooking wine
