Directions

   In a large bowl mix flour, milk, sugar and salt.

   Melt shortening in small saucepan, then add warm water.

   Add yeast and mix.

   Add yeast mixture to flour mixture, mix a little at a time, constantly stirring, until yeast mixture is gone.

   Knead for 5 minutes.

   Let dough double its size, then place in 3 bread pans to double again.

   Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
