  • 50 milliliters whipped cream whipped or better double
  • garlic I knop of, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons cognac could be more if you want
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese Rockefort or other

    Clean mussels under running cold water

    add everything in a big pot except the cheese
  3. 3
    steam mussels for 10 minutes and add cheese
  4. 4
    in case you need more liquid add cognac or some dry white wine
