  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
  • 1 (2-layer) pkg. devil's food cake mix

Directions

    Combine sour cream and sugar in bowl; mix well.

    Stir in coconut.

    Chill overnight.

    Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions, using two 8-inch cake pans.

    Split each layer into 2 layers.

    Spread coconut mixture between layers and over top of cake.
