  • 4 c. dry coconut
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. light corn syrup less 1 Tbsp. syrup
  • 1 large bag semi-sweet morsels
  • 1 large bag milk chocolate morsels
  • 3/4 stick wax

Directions

    Combine sugar, water and syrup.

    Heat to full boil.

    Add coconut and set off.

    Roll in balls.

    Refrigerate.

    Melt chocolate and wax in double boiler.

    Dip balls in chocolate.

    Keep what is left and use later.
