Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp. peanut butter

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix coconut and Eagle Brand milk and spread on crust.

    Bake about 15 minutes more.

    Cool. Melt chips and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and pour over coconut. Let set before cutting.
