Mozzarella Boulettes

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (250 g) package mozzarella cheese
  • 1 14 cups tostita salsa
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Make small patties with ground beef, 2 inches wide, and 1/4 inch thick.

    Place a cube of cheese, cut 1/2 x1/2 inch in center of each patty.

    Close edges of beef around cheese roll slightly in palms of hand to form ball.

    Place in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes.

    Flip each boulette after about 7 1/2 minutes.
