- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Directions

3Place roast in crock pot/ slow cooker.

5Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.

6Remove roast to cutting board and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
