- 1 long loaf Italian bread
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced olives
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cut Italian bread crosswise into 1-inch slices.

3Do not cut through bottom crust.

4Cut Mozzarella cheese into 1/4-inch slices.

5Place cheese slices and olives between bread slices.

6Then place the bread on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread is hot. Sprinkle loaf with oregano.

7With a knife divide loaf into slices. Serve hot.
