  • Romaine lettuce
  • Thin sliced Genoa salami
  • Roma Tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic

    Cut fresh mozzarella into 1/4 inch width and 3 inch length.

    Wrap a genoa salami around the mozzarella.

    Next roll up the cheese and salami in the romaine lettus leaf.

    Place in backing dish.

    slice the roma tomato and place on top of each wrap

    drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fresh garlic.

    Bake in oven 350 for 15 minutes.
