- chicken breasts, skinned
- raw, fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. milk
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Mix soup, mayonnaise and milk together.

3Pour some of the mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.

4Layer fresh raw vegetables on the soup mixture.

5Place skinned chicken breasts over raw vegetables and pour rest of soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables, covering completely.

6Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, then sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.

7Dot with butter.

8Bake at 375° for one hour.

9Serve over cooked rice.
