Mud Hens

   Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs and mix well.

   Add flour, baking powder and vanilla.

   Spread thin in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

   Put nuts on top of dough.

   Beat the two egg whites until stiff; add 1 cup brown sugar.

   Spread on top of nuts.

   Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

   Cut in squares while warm.
