Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup dried fruit banana, pineapple, raisin, etc., chopped
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 11/16 cup almonds ground
  • 1 cup hazelnuts ground
  • 9/16 cup shredded coconut
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 5 1/4 ounces chocolate dark, milk, or white
  • 2 2/3 tablespoons whipping cream

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius.

    Melt the butter in a saucepan along with the honey. Stir in the fruit, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, flour, and oatmeal.

    Press firmly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper until approximately 1 centimeter thick.

    Bake for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, and cut into bars.

    Melt the chocolate and cream together in a double boil and dip the bars into the chocolate.
