- 6 oz. can pitted black olives and 1 tsp. juice
- 3 1/4 oz. capers, drained
- 3 stalks celery
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
Directions

1With steel blade, chop olives and capers separately in food processor, putting in large bowl as finished.

2Next, chop celery and add to olive mixture.
