- 1 English muffin, split and toasted
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. chopped or 2 slices ham
Directions

1Thoroughly blend butter and mustard; spread on muffin halves. Divide ham between muffins.

2Top with cheese.

3Place on micro-proof plate and cook on 55 (Defrost) for 2 minutes.

4Let stand 1 minute before serving.
