Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Lg flake rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Natural bran
  • 1/4 cup Wheat germ
  • 3 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Honey OR Real Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon.

    In a sauce pan, heat honey (or maple syrup), butter, and water until hot.

    Stir in oat mixture.

    Spread onto a baking pan.

    Bake in oven at 350F for 8-10 mins or until lightly toasted.

    Stir once.

    Let cool completely.
