- 1 1/2 cup Lg flake rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Natural bran
- 1/4 cup Wheat germ
- 3 tbsp Chopped almonds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tbsp Honey OR Real Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Water
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon.

2In a sauce pan, heat honey (or maple syrup), butter, and water until hot.

3Stir in oat mixture.

4Spread onto a baking pan.

5Bake in oven at 350F for 8-10 mins or until lightly toasted.

6Stir once.

7Let cool completely.
