  • 2 c. unbleached white flour
  • 1 c. oat bran
  • 1 c. rolled oats, ground in blender
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 c. low-fat buttermilk or Rice Dream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. apple juice

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    In another bowl, mix liquid ingredients (minus oil) and the egg whites.

    Stir together.

    Mix well and add oil.
