- 1 1/4 cups mung bean highly recommend to buy mung bean without skin
- 4 5/8 tablespoons butter
- 7 ounces caster suger
Directions

1Soak mung beans into water for 6 hours

2Remove the skin of mung beans

3Cook mung beans for half hour

4Melt the butter

5Use blender to blend the mung beans

6Use medium heat to stir fry mung beans and butter

7Add the caster sugar, keep stir frying until the mung bean paste becomes dry

8Cool the mung bean paste

9Take 30g of mung bean paste for a portion, and use moon cake mould to make mung bean cake

10Put the mung bean cakes in fridge for 2 hours
