- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Muscadine sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, beating in one at a time.

3Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and Muscadine sauce.

4Stir in chopped pecans. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center tests clean.
