- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. finely diced onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Melt butter (more can be added, if needed) in large frying pan and saute onions briefly before adding sliced mushrooms.

2Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, until moisture disappears.

3Add cream and flour (Wondra) to thicken slightly.

4Remove from heat.

5Season to taste.
