  • pasta . 200 g. Cook Al dente.
  • 7 cloves . Roughly pound.
  • 1 onion . Roughly chopped.
  • button mushrooms . 2 handfuls. Roughly chopped/cubed.
  • ghee / Olive oil : 4 tbsp
  • coriander leaves . Finely chopped.
  • 3 1/2 ounces beef
  • anchovy seasonings. 1/2 tsp.
  • salt to taste
  • chilli flakes
  • 1 capsicum

Directions

    Cook pasta al dente. Set aside.

    Heat up ghee/olive oil.

    Sauteed chopped garlic and onions briefly....
  4. 4
    After garlic is brownish and smells nice, sauteed beef until cook. (with small fire..)

    Put in seasonigs as well...

    After beef cook, add in mushrooms and onions....Let it cook awhile...

    Add in chilli flakes and capsicum.....

    Shortly after, add coriander and salt to taste...

    Lastly, put in cooked pasta, and mixed well.

    Serve as it is.. or with Parmesan Cheese
