- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon cubes in water in small saucepan; cool. Stir in flour; mix until smooth.

2Add cream and salt.

3Cook until thickened.

4Wash and slice mushrooms into a 2-quart casserole. Pour sauce over mushrooms.

5Mix crumbs with cheese and sprinkle over top.

6Dot with butter.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
