- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- garlic salt
- paprika
Directions

1Cook mushrooms and onion in butter.

2Add flour and salt and cook until mixture thickens.

3Remove from heat and add sour cream and cheese.

4Garnish with paprika.

5Bake in casserole at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
