Mushroom Quick Chicken*

- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 2 cloves garlic, minced and pressed
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In a bowl, combine eggs and milk; whip until light and frothy. Put flour in a shallow dish.

2Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat; do not let butter burn.

3Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then lightly coat with flour and brown both sides in buttered skillet (fry approximately 5 minutes on each side).

4Place chicken on paper towel to drain.
