Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor.

    Sautee garlic for about 1 minute.

    Add mushrooms and green onions.

    Sautee for 5 minutes.

    Add wine, thyme and oregano and stir until sauce thickens.

    Pour parsley-oil mixture over mushrooms and mix together.
