- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, thinly sliced (lengthwise)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup yogurt, beaten till smooth
- 1 tablespoon mint leaf, washed and finely chopped
Directions

1Heat butter in a pan.

2Add the chopped onions and sliced mushrooms.

3Saute until dark brown in colour.

4Remove on an absorbent paper.

5Put yogurt in a bowl.

6Add salt and pepper to the yogurt.

7Add mushrooms and onion mixture.

8Mix well.
-
9Refrigerate until ready to serve.

10Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

11Serve chilled with a spicy curry and long grain Basmati rice.
