  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 diced onion
  • 4 -5 stalks of diced celery
  • 12 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1 12 cups rice
  • 3 12 cups water
  • thyme (optional)
  • 3 -4 teaspoons chicken bouillon

Directions

    Brown onions & mushrooms in butter.

    Add rice to vwgtables and brown.

    Pour in water and thyme.

    Bring to a boil and then simmer until done (about 20 minutes).
