- 12 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 12 cups rice
- 3 12 cups water
- thyme (optional)
- 3 -4 teaspoons chicken bouillon

1Brown onions & mushrooms in butter.

2Add rice to vwgtables and brown.

3Pour in water and thyme.

4Bring to a boil and then simmer until done (about 20 minutes).
