- 3 c. (12 oz.) finely chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. can quick crescent dinner rolls
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Brown mushrooms in butter; stir in garlic, salt, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook until liquid evaporates.

4Separate dough into 2 rectangles.

5Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

6Press dough over bottom and 1/4-inch up sides to form crust.

7Spread cream cheese over dough.

8Top with mushroom mixture, then Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

10Cool 5 minutes.

11Cut into desired shapes.

12Serve warm.
