- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- lemon juice
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Cook until thickened and remove from heat.

2Add 1 wooden spoonful of lemon juice and stir.

3Allow to sit for flavors to blend, but reheat before serving.

4Good over peaches and ice cream.
