Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion cut in thick slices
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper poblano, seeded, cut in big slices
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano ground
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 400 grams mushrooms sliced
- 4 cups water you can substitute it with chicken stock
- salt as desired
- pepper as desired
Directions

1Preheat the olive oil in a medium cooking pot.

2Add the onion and garlic cloves to the pot and let them cook until the onion browns.

3Add the poblano pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

4Remove all the ingredients from the skillet and place them in a blender.

5Add the water, tomato sauce, and oregano to the blender and mix them.

6Add the mushrooms to the cooking pot and let them cook on high until they brown.

7Add the blended sauce, salt, and pepper to the pot and let it boil for 5 minutes.

8Turn off the stove and serve.
