- 2 small onions
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 lb. chopped, fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 box fillo leaves
Directions

1In half of butter, saute onions until shiny, about 8 to 10 minutes.

2Add chopped mushrooms and salt.

3Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

4Mushrooms will only be partially cooked.

5Butter cookie sheet.

6Lay one fillo leaf on the sheet.

7Butter it, then spread some mushroom filling and some bread crumbs.

8Continue layering buttered fillo leaves, filling and bread crumbs.

9Top with fillo. Butter the top layer.

10Bake at 375° for about 40 minutes.
