- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2In a large bowl, mix together the mushrooms, onion, butter, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.

3Gradually mix in bread crumbs until the mixture is stiff enough to shape into balls.

4Form into 2 inch balls, and place on cookie sheets.

5Bake for 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bottoms are lightly browned.
