  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 large can broiled mushrooms or 3/4 lb. fresh
  • 1 c. green peas or baby limas, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Directions

    Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.

    Add cheese, stirring until melted.

    Add mushrooms, peas and eggs.

    Pour into a buttered casserole.

    Cover with crumbs and bake in a 350° oven until crumbs are brown.
