  • 6 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 small cans mushrooms, drained
  • 6 or 7 green onions (including green tops)
  • 2 cans beef consomme (undiluted)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and bake, covered, until liquid is absorbed, no more than 30 to 45 minutes.
