- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Directions

1Combine milk and mustard.

2Set aside.

3Combine bread crumbs and spices on wax paper.

4Set aside.

5Rinse chicken breasts and dry.

6Dip into milk/ mustard mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Roll in bread crumbs.

7Place on cookie sheet sprayed with no stick spray; skin side up.

8Spray chicken again with no stick spray.

9Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until chicken juices run clear at 350°.
