- 1 lb. frying chicken
- 8 Tbsp. mustard (dark)
- 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter, pepper, salt and mustard in a saucepan. Wash and dry chicken pieces.

2Rub each piece in mustard mixture.

3Place onto foil lined cookie sheet.

4Bake 1 hour at 450°.
