  • 1 lb. frying chicken
  • 8 Tbsp. mustard (dark)
  • 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt butter, pepper, salt and mustard in a saucepan. Wash and dry chicken pieces.

    Rub each piece in mustard mixture.

    Place onto foil lined cookie sheet.

    Bake 1 hour at 450°.
