  • salt pork
  • sugar or Sweet 'N Low
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Prepare mustards for cooking by stripping the stalk out. Wash leaves thoroughly and cut them up.

    Add to pot.

    Fry out your salt pork in pot you are going to cook the mustards.

    Add water and sugar; cook until tender.
